Matter Level is an independent creative studio producing original artwork, limited editions, publications, handmade objects, and select digital products. Due to the nature of our work, many items are produced in small quantities, made by hand, or are one-of-a-kind.

Shipping

Orders for in-stock products are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Products offered for preorder, made-to-order, or advance release will ship according to the estimated timeline stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

Estimated ship dates are provided in good faith but may be subject to change due to production schedules, material availability, fulfillment constraints, or circumstances outside of our control. Should a significant delay occur, Matter Level will make reasonable efforts to communicate updated timing to customers using the contact information provided at checkout.

By purchasing a preorder or made-to-order item, you acknowledge and accept the estimated production and fulfillment timeline associated with that product.
